Dream on. You can be terminated at any time for any reason. Michigan is an "at will" state, pretty much any reason they give (as long as it is not illegal) works.

@bc that or they are not part of vulnerable groups! If you have a legal network, or have people protecting you from bad actors— etc then you’re safe. They only like to pick on people that can’t fight back. The ultimate way to stay safe is cut your losses and get out of there immediately— like it didn’t exist. They like to make you have “memories”. They do a great job if you meet the mark

@a3 local EEOC is compromised so you better have the means to go through litigation with ford. They can abuse you because they are ford and this is Michigan. You have very little chance. Get ready for a world of trouble if you even try. Nobody will hear your screams pal.

There will 100% be lawsuits if this happens. My PR is scheduled remotely on 8/29 with my PL and his PL, while we’ve been RTO for 3+ days now for years, and rest of the teams’ PRs are in-person earlier.

I have documentation up the ying yang for the treatment that I’ve received over the past 14 months, and you better believe I will be prepared to use it.
