I kind of echo with the OP below, but I am a US citizen.
Does anyone has ever sued the company for the work abuse ?
how did it go? is it worth it?

There were a few age-discrimination lawsuits a few years back (2021) that Ford lost. And given what I see, I can see how they lost. The last review cycle was very interesting about who got 1s and who didn't, with a strong correlation amongst those 50+ in various roles. They think none of us talk and compare notes.
Wrong.
Can OP has cheezburger?
It would be good to see .."how many monies can you has..". Usually not a grammar cop...but man you aren't even trying to write coherently.
You need to talk toa lawyer with experience from other folks that sued:

@OP You can has pancake!
The 2019 lawsuits were settled because the company had emails with Boston Consulting that detailed the strategy of saving money by firing older workers before their pension vested. Finding such a smoking g-n is not common.
2019, there were 4 class action lawsuits that settled out of court.
clueless suits LOL
Good luck suing Ford. Standard procedure is for the company to drag out the process to rack up attorneys fees (which they can afford and you can't), so even if you win you won't come out ahead. Unless your attorneys find a smoking g-n, you are better off just walking away.
You have the education of an American.
Yeah, wrong conjugations everywhere, most ESL people I’ve met talk better than this.
I heard that some former laid off GSRs sued Ford as a group. I don't know the progress and how much they got from Ford. I am sure it was in millions $.
it's worth it if
You are going bankrupt, losing everything, failing to support your elderly mother, draining your 401K, and watching everything collapse during a recession dump.
Those in charge, clueless suits at Ford, chose image over integrity, real people paid the price. They sold dreams to future customers while abandoning their own. No morals and no souls, only money and business.
Suing the company is a lengthy process (2-5 years) and it can be expensive too to pay to attorney.
