Optum shouldn't even be doing the Tech Tanks anymore. This is a poverty franchise that can barely keep it's US employees. If Sandeep didn't need the pageantry to justify his role as God Emperor, they would have been cut a long time ago.
If youre on a "shark tank" rotation and youre told all the other teams are full, and the rotation ends, and youre let go, that is a firing.
this company su-ks but this is not true. I was in TDP and assisted with the program for 3 years. I was there for every TDP Shark Tank event that interns were apart of. Shark Tank was just for fun and not meant to be serious. None of the interns got 'fired'. It was just a project they were supposed to demo at the end of their internship.
I remember when i was in the TDP all 250 people on the "Shark Tank" TDP rotation were fired. Opened my eyes to how this company runs lol
