R2Bs meeting was lack luster. They want them going door to door 5-6 hours a day and only increased at risk by less than $500 a month. They did not increase base pay or offer a vehicle stipend.
Business Sales On Demand will be a big failure for Verizon and Verizon Business will keep taking the blame for lack of performance. I would caution business owners to stay away from Verizon Business till they find themselves, if ever, again.
No base pay increases after all the higher ups stated we would be receiving one in July, just dangling the carrot
@bb nobody can tell because the only thing that really matters is how they determine the quota and what that number is
If it's a reasonable amount especially as people ramp a bit then people will make money
If it's totally unreasonable then people are not going to make money and it's going to fail
Oh wow that’s insane. No base pay increase AND no OT??? Crazy. I get there is no vehicle stipend but they still reimburse mileage right? Do you guys still have a base of existing accounts that roll to you, or no, you only go after new logos now? Did they give any transparent insight on what quotas will look like come Q3 when officially severed from store? Will they go down some? What is the average commission payout looking like it might be? Will it be near impossible to hit over 100% or is there a chance for reps to still 5-6k commission checks?
I have inside knowledge that it’s going to get worse for R2B. They removed R code and are making it increasingly more difficult to give customers same day equipment. They are definitely not raising their salaries and removing overtime/anything extra. Even the installer have company vehicle. Verizon Business wanting their business agents to drive an unmarked vehicle is in poor taste.
