The id--ts showing up to work with baseball hats and flip flops are inviting a corporate dress code. You don’t have to be in a suit and tie to look moderately professional.

If they care that much about what they wear I am sure they also give the same attention to the job performed each day.
When management provides a professional work environment I will dress in a professional manner. When you work in the dumpster that is hagerstown, you wear dumpster diving coveralls.
I see that at building 1 mostly . There is one guy who rides a Harley in building 2 who looks like he just came from the bar: cargo shirt, graphic tee and slides or flip flops.
These mo--ns are going to ruin it for everyone. I refuse to dress even office casual just to sit uncomfortably at my desk for 9 hrs.

There was a better way to address this but there’s some truth to it. The girls wearing crop tops showing their stomachs is ridiculous. Just as ridiculous is the guys wearing adidas slides.

Why are flip flops allowed? I always thought it was cause heels are allowed for women and it might open them up to a s-xism lawsuit. After all what’s the difference?
I don’t really care about the policy but this is the first job I’ve noticed that at.
