@15f iI am all for paying lip service to AI to pump up the stock price but don't be conned by the con yourself. Understand its limitations.

This management team thinks if they lean into the AI vibe enough, Wall Street will reward them with a big jump in the stock price.

Because of "AI approach" managers try to reinvent the quarterly goals each sprint. Half of the work goes to the rubbish bin, as "plans have changed", whatever was agreed upon "might change next week". If you are not ready to commit and take the responsibility how can you move with speed?

They don't care if anything will work or not.
They just desperately trying to get onto the Ai stock bubble hype train.

Just like most of corporations of today.

Love this post and it would all be hilarious if wasn't tragic and affecting so many great employees who have been keeping this business going despite the odds.Leaders of this company have been hallucinating for quite some time,get real...and those left in this mess- escape asap.
