Mike is purposely creating a toxic environment at Five9 as is evidenced by the results of the last employee survey. His plan is to get as many people to leave on their own as possible so they don't have to pay this average packages. That way you can replace you with cheap albeit incompetent Indian labor. One has to wonder how long it'll be before he replaces the incompetent E-staff with cheaper incompetent Indian e-staff?

@ba exactly! Don’t give too much credit to him and his e-staff. Clearly, they think hiring a senior Director while American lady in HR will go a long way than hiring anywhere else.
It's funny that you believe Mike is this smart. Alix whispering this as a way to keep his job long enough for a sale is the most likely explanation.
