Why recent departures of executives memo’s were announced as they are leaving Citi to “spend time with their family’s”?

Post ID: @ba+1jkaqhxbh Even if they've only "worked" in Citi for 5 to 10 years an/or are only 40 to 50 years old with young children, they're mostly the highly paid Do Nothing Motherfvckers.

Recently we are seeing the pattern of executives leaving in this organization with the “phrase” spent 5 to 8 yrs of time in the firm, and they are not that old. Mostly in late 40’s or in early 50’s with school going kids.

Every time a company says the phrases, the Fired employees are leaving to spend more time with family, or they're "exploring "outisIde "opportunities" these are Code Words for THEY WERE FIRED.

The Dinosaurs hang on for 20 to 40 years for GREED AND MONEY. It's a plain and simple reason.

It's human nature. Put yourself in their shoes. If you can continue to work, are physically and mentally still able work AND COLLECT AT LEAST US$300,000 (if not Millions of Dollars) PLUS BONUS AND STOCK OPTIONS, wouldn't you do it ??? I know I would. I'm NOT condoning or justifying the Greedy MotherFvckers' reasons. I'm only spelling it out.

It is about time to kick them out - I just cannot grasp how can one still be so greedy / have nothing else meaningful to do in life after 20-30-35+ bonus seasons, most of it as an D/MD where we all know bonus is at least 50-100% from the annual salary even for back office roles. Older generations really have to think about the future of their own children - not letting go makes everyone's lives really tough and transfers and locks wealth in the 50+ years old. What should 25y old do then?

We all know the severance package offered is many times greater than that of the average employee.
