@db Any details on how the severance package is structured?
@d0 From HR communication, affected employee will get their CIP bonus, together with the severance package.
The bonus will not be planned by their director in the usual way next week. They will be pulled out of bonus planning system and dealt with directly in severance package.

I got a Teams call from a skip level manager. No prior meeting invite. Ansys DME.
Just got let go. Ansys USA. Received a meeting invitation 30 mins ago and it was quick. Nothing about next steps discussed in the call.
