Has anyone from the finance or legal department been visited by law enforcmenet and asked questions about two recently departed members of the ELT team?

@b9 Is this true? If so, please keep us all updated. I recently became aware of some nefarious financial dealings and do not look good in orange, if they show up at my house I'm spilling the beans.
Me too! I just received a visit as well at my house. I haven't worked at TD in 8 months.
@104 -- at the office or at your house?
I received a visit from two FBI agents yesterday. Not sure what or who they're investigating but something is up.
The Trump administration has nothing to do with this as DEI in the private sector does not fall under the Supreme Court ruling. Stop trying to politicize everything.
It could be Trump administration fishing in response to the still existing DEI program.
@pr what is the scandal on CB?
Wouldn't this be the icing on the cake. After Me2, DEI, H1B, gutted the Teradata from the inside. Execs get caught with their hands in the cookie jar.
I bet the board is getting cash under the table from SM. Because it is beyond obvious that hes incompetent. Hes so bad other execs a jumping ship just to distance themselves from the guy.
I think he appointed someone to do this but unfortunately was caught up in the latest round of RIFs in June...Ready...Shoot...Aim!
Isn't there still a SEC investigation still ongoing + several class action lawsuits? Maybe they have found something? Has SM appointed someone to do some large scale shredding of paperwork and perform an 8x pass over the hard drives of some departed ELT
If true, there is no surprise law enforcement is digging in.
What was a surprise is that CB was allowed to leave quietly after the scandal of reporting to the street.
Uh oh...maybe there's bigger problems than losing customers now...
I reckon we saw some FBI agents carrying out some boxes the other day at RB. They were sealed with evidence tape
