@b8 your boss did not give you a heads up. Plus they don't do layoffs on Friday's just because of a holiday.

@OP it's tomorrow morning. My boss gave me a heads up that's it's all across Optum. It's massive it sounds like.
Anyone have a link to the MN Optum WARN notice? I do not see a WARN notice for Optum listed for 2025 or 2026, yet people keep talking about large layoffs 1/23/2026.

@a5 they have done them on tuesdays as well. Usually they do it on Thursday but that’s not a hard rule or anything.
The RIF is tomorrow. It's also not small.
The people here make up a lot of stuff so it's possible it's small or none at all who r ally knows.
