What about May, June and July?
@b8+1jrcmpzph what is the use of all this layoff planning, if the real culprits ( VP and Sr. Dir) are promoted to AI org to manage new teams, after they destroyed their older products due to their own bad decisions and brought zero revenue in 7 yrs.
The poor employee is doing what he was told to do.
The reaping is coming for remote sales reps that did not opt into the relocation offer. They are phasing out remote sales reps.
The reason for big changes in August is because of the mid year planning cycle. There can be adjustments to AOP and the quota process has to be refreshed for the 2H. For WFR savings, major reorgs affecting sales and support staff might be included. These things affect account planning and a lot of tools and hierarchies. For big changes, you kind of need to catch that mid year window and get everything teed up to go live when Q3 starts in August.
What makes you think something is going on in August? Because it did last year or do you have some inside information?
