Half our group is gone and the work never slowed down. We’re all scrambling to keep up, but there’s only so much we can cover. It's like IBM is intentionally trying to wear us down. I guess if we quit they don't have to pay us severance during the next RA, so it kind of makes sense.

I've been at IBM for a decades and it's always the same - way too much work and the only way to make it manageable and not give up all your free time is to regularly say "no" when more is asked then can fit into a regular work week. Of course this is unpleasant and you would hope the message gets through and they would stop asking but it doesn't. It is what it is - I am glad that I will only be putting up with this sh-t for another year or two and then I'm done
With RAs we went from almost 25 on our team to 12. Work has piled up and the boss non clamantly divvies up the workload so I have all these tasks plus the other stuff I do. However , I am not burning myself out. No more working nights and weekends. It ain't worth it . I will get to it, when I get to it. And I am not going to upskill. Krabanaugh has squeezed enough out of me.

Modi's H1B folks need to be deported too - and just like they do to American employees, make them train their replacements first and then deport them back home (without the $1000 deportation incentive).
Let Modi su-k up to Xi and Putin and see how that works out for him. India has been playing a double game, and their honesty and loyalty needs to be called into question.
Time to put sanctions on Modi for helping the "Axis of Evil" and high tariffs on a anything produced in India. This should include goods, software and services regardless of what country their corporate headquarters is located.
