Does anyone know if there is a time frame requirement for badge swipes? Say if I go to the suppliers in the morning, then go to the office in the afternoon. Does that badge swipe in the afternoon count?

The badge swipe is logged as a 1or 0 for the building you are swiping into. HR has no time stamp associated with the swipe, just yes you came into the building or no you didn’t. They can only see the initial swipe, multiple swipes in the same building are not recorded (I.e. coming back from lunch off campus).
The computers and phones will also log IP addresses, but currently that is not in play today. It may be coming with RTO 4x in Sept.
Contacts at Ford LAN and skilled trades had indicated to me in Feb, that the 4x in office was coming mid-year, but it appears to have gotten delayed until Sept, due too shifting personnel to new building assignments, resources for office furniture, and computer equipment setups.
Did the get rid of remote work allowance? Like working the Friday out of state
Too much policing because there is no trust. Do you really want to work for this company and do whatever they ask you to do for the rest of your life? Are you that bad that you can't find another job? Have some self respect and get out of this stupid environment to save yourself. This company can stoop to any level because people are scared to leave. Not a good place to be at. Good companies respect their employees.
You shouldn’t be visiting suppliers…just go the office and meet with supplier remotely.

I would suggest that you document your badge swipes, vendor visits, etc and email your supervisor or manager weekly. Make sure each day adds up to 8 hours. Everyone should do this.
You would be protecting yourself and it would over whelm management.
I know it would su-k doing this but fight fire with fire.

They are tracking badge swipes, number of hours in the office - the want 8 a day. They are also tracking where your computer IP links up. They are also tracking the travel of your corporate phone. So essentially they are setting Ford up as a prison system. All this effort on this. Too bad THIS is what Farley and gang are obsessed about. Certainly NOT quality. Can you imagine if they put as much focus on that? Instead, their big idea is turning Ford into Guantamenou Bay.
Yes it does. However, with such a late in the day badge swipe, you will be put on the "this person doesn't work mornings" watch list for further review by HR and leadership.
