@b61 which ones are you referring to? I know that the fashion vertical is getting slammed but it’s very discreet.

Yes, I'm sure it will happen in the next 3 weeks! It's been eBay's strategy to bump up its stock value temporarily before Q1 evaluation each year. Also, there is a ton of push for documenting, all sorts of stupid and weird meetings with HR, and there was a push for managers to pick the bottom 10% in each team. On top of the official layoffs, the incompetent leadership pushed away all the good leaders in many orgs and replaced them with stupid ones that only know politics. This led to more people leaving and wanting to leave. In just one org, they forced the top 3 leaders out (they all resigned in one year), including the C-level with previous experiences at Apple, Google, and replaced them with the most incompetent leaders they could find.

I am guessing yes. Senior leaders are pushing for documenting everything and making sure people are cross-trained.
