Good luck to everyone at WellMed who’s hoping that the axe doesn’t fall on them this week. Thought I’d raise the Festivis pole for an airing of the grievances or a place to drop the dread we’re all feeling!

I for UHG Westchester, NY laid off ....Half our team was let go..Position eliminated....

In Houston they let the entire DataRAPS team go, some Quality and some PBMs (including me). I’m sure they aren’t finished yet! They just closed the last WellMed office, so everyone is now remote. A LOT of good people lost their jobs today.

I've been through as many bosses as years of service here, and I didn't start in the past few years. I don't bother with the personal details much, if at all, anymore. Clock in, do your work, and go home. They care about you even less than you do them.

Not sure about clinical level, there so many rumors. I believe that Houston clinics are closing by the end of the year and are being absorbed by Kelsey Seybold.

I can't speak to lower levels (30 and below), but expect to see lot of structural changes in the organization leadership.
