@hj+1jp59wps2 Don’t ever sign PIP, someone I know from sales didn’t ever sign pip, his manager and his skip level tried to bully him, he didn’t let them get under his skin. they finally gave him the package and let go.

I got 90% bonus and raise was not mentioned at all. I forgot to ask because I was expecting to get let go before the bonus. Probably be gone by the end of the month.

I’m happy for the person who got the raise elsewhere after getting a decent severance.

Question for any managers here. Is there a date you’re supposed to provide your directs their ACR? My last manager would send them out the same day they received them (managers got them yesterday, right?), but changed managers last year and they’ve been silent on this. Only seems fair they actually send this over within a respectful timeframe as I know many on other teams have already received theirs.

I know people won't believe me but I'll post a real answer anyways.

My promotion got denied but I got a 30% raise. I am too far below whatever part of the band they think I'm supposed to be at.

One level ok mgmt arbitrarily decides your raise and any punitive measures taken against your bonus. Then which buttlicker to give that money to.
Then they push the responsibility to tell you down a level.
If this company had integrity left the person sc--wing you would be required to tell you why.

It makes no financial sense to put in any effort. No matter what you do from nothing to 80 hour weeks, you’ll get the same raise and recognition; basically nil.
