Like the title says. The current crop is useless. We all love to complain. So who would you want to be leading various businesses and tech? Either internal or external. For internal use the current internal role instead of their names.

We need younger leaders moving up in all these BUs including FI and AM. So start with culling L2s and move good L3 up. Cull L3s who are just managing and not leading. Get dynamic L4s to replace them. And so in
Change needs to happen starting from the top.
Making the poor sods at the bottom miserable and quit is not leading. All you do is replace a few basis points of cost with chaos, overworked leftovers with morale in the toilet.

lets add a real honest to goodness total re org in this. get rid of the BU concept. force create new teams aligned to prevent 8 silos doing the same things. If we cannot keep ourselves from shipping our org chart. then let's fix the org chart to something that we are not ashamed of what artifacts get shipped from it?.
