AK made clear on feb office hours that 15-70-15 here to stay. Is this means 15% layoff every year in the form of PIP?

Just wait until RT becomes CEO... it will probably be more 20/70/10 if not worse than that.
Yes a PIP is just an RA with a lower severance fixed at 1 month and lesser of any of the benefits an RA comes with. HR established in 2025 that low performers have to be exited via a PIP and RAs can only be core and high performers.
@b9 doesn’t matter. A lot of high preformers were let go last round
Where are you getting this from? The HR system says low performers don’t have to go on a PIP
@b5 yup the pips and low performers have absolutely no chance of succeeding and that is sad. That’s not what or how these systems were set up and meant for
They will be very busy drafting the PIPs in Feb. Then 30 days in March for the low 15% performers to show improvement that would be impossible. Expect terminations in April. This all adds up.
@ah - That means layoffs will happen in April
15-70-15 is stack ranking going back to Jack Welch former GE CEO. Known as Neutron Jack because he wiped people out like a neutron bxxb that goes off taking out people but leaving bldgs intack. He was almost universally hated by GE workers and GE soon fell into decades of disrepair after he left. It wipes out morale, teamwork, creativity, loyalty, going the extra mile etc etc. And is a very lazy way to "run" a company. I have seen race horses and greyhound dogs be treated with more respect.
When the Indian at the top says "No layoffs during Feb-March", does anyone believe the lying sc-mbag ?
I didn’t hear that
He said no layoffs this Feb-March everyone is safe due to great earnings
