I know it says on the 20th but nothing has hit yet? How do you know if you get it 100% cash it’s what I elected but not seeing anything yet

An LL2 decided not to give a bonus to those who left or retired last year. Maybe you fall in that camp.
I haven't seen it, I called my bank this morning they said there was no pending transactions. I don't get it!? Did everyone see theirs yet?

Being new is irrelevant. Asking your management about something you are entitled to is somehow taboo? Bonus checks always come through. This isn't a d-mb question, its just highly irrelevant. Even if they were laid of they'd still get the payment so that reason is irrelevant as well. Still don't get the reason behind this question other than to create board traffic.
Delivery of EV targets is delayed as will your bonus. You should have seen the pending transaction at this point, if you have not that tells me you are in Model e.

Wth dude, Relax, it will post on the 20th minus what the gov't takes out. Expect to get about 2/3 or less of what was shown on your compensation sheet.

When has it never came through? If you are salivating that much over it you've either got an expensive habit or are terrible with money. Relax. It's on its way.
@a7 Paychecks show as pending by some banks a couple days early and can even be posted early by some. Prior bonus payouts have done the same. Along with that normal logic, the person is likely asking because the company already did this a bit weird, moving the payout a week so it could land after PRs and apparently some terminations. I suspect OP is wondering if they'll get a payout or be let go before then.
