I haven't heard of anybody affected but I'm sure a handful were.

@fx Correct. Though I didn't realize SRO was under legal.. But yeah, we are not under the "IT" umbrella.
@fh That's pretty sad then... SRO is the org that nobody talks about because it's rarely hit with layoffs and, the org that protects the money Dell makes. It's also the org that monitors YOU. What you do on your computer, what websites you go to, what you download, how often you log into the VPN, how long you are on the VPN... as well as physical security - sec. guards - and when you swipe your badge to go into a building? That's under SRO.
Security and Resiliency Organization is under legal and is responsible for cyber and physical security. They are not part of IT as you may see in many organizations.
I've been at Dell almost 20 years. Been in leadership for 11 of those. I have no clue what SRO means.
