Selection process
Lay off all couldn't find a place
EOI round 2
Continuous layoffs through 2026.. this would mainly be wiping off entire team as work moves to Engine

If this is handled anything like the 2020 Transformation, those who are PSG 26+ will get at least two chances to find a spot. In fact, they have already started placing those people. I remember being left to scramble in the last round after all the high PSG people were being placed. It stunk then and it stinks even more now. There is nothing I can do about that except to be ready.

Round 1 will probably PSG 25 and up so the managers will be in place to wack the rest.

HR last as always since we need to do the dirty work for everyone else. Hopefully MG is serious about changing the culture and taking the trash out that RM brought in.

We can get rid of hopefully over half of the 300+ FEs in Australia to India, especially the ones occupying jobs in other PDCs blocking real talent while they get to broaden their horizons in cross functional jobs, move HES roles hiding in plain sight creating reports, get rid of underworked over complaining Australians who think they have a right to 150k a year because they have a degree yet have never worked a full week in their lives with their abus Eid the #flexyes

What scope is included in May/June round 1 and Aug-Oct round 2? That was not clear at all. Even if they don't know exact dates, it would be helpful to "live life" if we at least know what is broadly round 1 and what is broadly round 2.
