Neil - you have no practical IT experience. It's all Theretical and not reasonable. Your staff that you brought in - not reasonable and... You missed the great opportunity. Prior to you: 7 years at Walgreens and 5 CIO's. You made it a point to say you will remain. You are an intellectual, something that Trump is pushing back on. So in short, all I can say is that you fell short on your words.
P.S. Your predecessor made significant moves to reduce cost; you doubled up on them. Dude - Best Buy is failing as well so I hope the business people understand what you truly accomplished at Walgreens - a lot to with nothing. There are 4 letters to describe you.
