No more late nights. No more weekends. No after hours sev calls. I will comply and be in the office for the 40 hours of work that I’m required to do. But the absence of flexibility on Fiserv’s part will result in an absence of the same flexibility on mine. I will do my job as I always have. I won’t slow down. I won’t slack off. But my personal time is no longer available to Fiserv.

There was a time when I would work till I felt I had addressed all my clients needs. Now when my timer going off indicating my Sapience a lotted time in the office is now over. I don’t even log out. I just close my computer and leave.
They have earned their terrible reputation…

@b2+1jkgvmxea I have never had work apps on my phone and always weirded out when someone does.
Also, do not multi-task. Work on one thing at a time. If they have you on a meeting where you are just listening then that's your job for the moment, listen, don't do other tasks also.
Remember to remove non-needed work apps off your phone. Remove outlook, teams, etc.. once it’s your 8 hours leave.
Do NOT do anything after hours, incidents or otherwise. Sorry, didn’t hear my phone. ENOUGH.

They have stolen so much of my personal time …. so much!! They don’t care about work life balance in the slightest.
Yep! My sentiments exactly. I stopped putting in home and weekend hours since they instituted the in office hours and Sapience.
They've created an environment where people only want to give the minimum. When we had flexibility, it was nothing for me to put in a 60+ hour week. Why? Because I had the flexibility to hang out x# hours on one day so I could take it easy on another day. When I had more control of my time, they got more out of me. Now? No more!
So here you go, Fiserv. Here's what you asked for and goodbye!
Boycott the cafeteria
Also taking a full, hourlong lunch every day from here on out.
Also, try your best to buy nothing in or around the office
