Thread regarding Ford layoffs

Since 1980, most Ford CEOs lasted 5 years or less

The exception was Mulally, who could have stayed for as long as he wanted. He made it just shy of 8 years.

Farley couldn't lick the fuzzy hanging from Mulally's junk. So I'm expecting his ouster at any moment.

JF is just a lap dog for the board (Ford family) and will continue to be as needed. If DF gets the CEO spot, we'll all watch as the company tanks completely within about 4 years. That guy can't run a gumball machine let alone a car company. This place is a joke.

So the puppets get rewarded for entertaining the Board. Little people don't make it onto the score card. What does this say about the future?

@ds I can think of at least 25000 can loose 10billion dollars just as easily and quickly and fail just as fast as dougie fresh

You people down vote all who know DF is the best leader at Ford, but you offer no candidates who could take the helm. None. That is telling.

I bet if DF took over the CEO spot, it would bring stability to that role like Mulally did.

BF should seriously think about this.
