Upper management talks all the time about values like "respect" and "transparency," but none of it is practiced. Or at least it hasn't been for the last two years since I've been here. I've also noticed that employees are almost always excluded from major decisions, and there’s little effort to hear or act on feedback. They say one thing and do another. Figures.

Speaking of software people will never use… has anyone used APEX? If you liked what AWS had on offer 15+ years ago then you’re gonna love this.
Upper management talks about a lot of things they don’t mean. Like use AI tools to learn how to automate tasks… but then doesn’t let you access the tools
The decisions are made by people who sit in offices with windows.
They choose software for the rest of us that they will never use themselves. And don’t complain about it, the people they talk to on the golf course say it’s the best.
