because that is a call center thing, not for regular ops. I have had some ideas implemented others denied. It is not personal and keep submitting them shittaybank dude
or it will be the same ideas on this post
Because middle management doesn't want good ideas. If you suggest improvements like the senior managers ask us to do, middle manager will reject it because they would rather do pointless work than automate them so that, gasp, they'd have to do real work
