Bottom line is Dan says 30% so when he comes in at 20 or 25 … he’ll say well we came in on the low end. He set the bar at 30 so he unemployed 25 or 22k it’s reasonable
Wouldn't want to be a 30 something these days with AI knocking on the door
Seeing this page makes me glad I left five years ago… so may great colleagues who’d been with the company 15+ years were let go in the 13k layoffs. Definitely felt for them because all were hardworking and great employees… one was struggling due to her daughter passing away… 29 years with the company and 8 months away from retirement eligibility. Years of bad purchases and half baked technology rollouts caused this.
@b0 work even harder so I can collect my 85k in dividends
Working for this company is stressful. We are waiting for the next shoe to drop. Staying because I need to pay the bills but make no mistake - this stress is contributing to my raised blood pressure
More rifs = higher stock price, mo money mo money
Maybe I’m crazy but I come to this site for layoff news. Dan literally referenced this in the all hands last week, it’s not new or a secret.
AI = Less workers. more workload. work until you drop dead or get cancer & die slowly.
