Layoffs happen mid-month on 14, 15, 16, 17 since Fall 2022:

Could Citi do a round of layoffs in June this time around ? Yes. It's possible, especially since some Consent Orders and MRIAs have May due dates for closure.
After closure, Citi will discard its faceless, nameless Chattel like used Toilet paper.
What is "Human" Resources?? Just like any resource, you use them up and then throw them out!
Until the next Consent Orders and violations. We all know at Citi there are always new Consent Orders and violations all the time.

Seriously what wrong with you why the stupid questions? There are layoffs every day at Citi here and there, it’s a company with 22K employees.
I am slightly less brilliant for reading this post.
