Is it really happening? Honestly, I hope so. I’m ready to be done with this chapter of my career. That said, I feel for the people who really need their jobs right now. Wishing good luck to all of us.

The company has been doing more individual layoffs as opposed to the larger, announced ones.
You know who would know something is up? Janitors. Maintenance guys. Maybe the folks in shipping. And of course, IT.
There would be little clues that something is up.
The company is so incompetent, that even at the highest levels, they are unsure if/when they are laying off. LOL
There were no recent upper leadership or management layoffs. They would have been announced to employees via an official channel like the Global Town Hall or a certified Ford email.
