I am not saying you are wrong because nothing would really surprise me at this point but is there anything you can share here regarding how exactly you know this?
Where are you hearing this? PAM team is way oversubscribed and understaffed.
This probably happens on many Dell teams. Favoritism and family will happen if they can get away with it.

True! This team is global and this does not happen with anyone outside of North America.
This only applies to US Premier maintenance.. Nobody else is getting away with this.
