Who is now in charge of gargling Jane's balz?
And if employees say one word against these so-called managers, that employee will be the first to get laid off by hr. This has happened repeatedly to employees in different groups. So much for all the talks about fairness and inclusion, when even the most basic employee rights are not being catered to.
Nonsensical is the perfect adjective @kvc+1rK5t1r5. Our team was split in two. Some moved to a new manager, others stayed. Some made IC, some not. Everyone still aligned to the same projects. The new manager is only on paper as we still report to the old manager. Completely random and seemingly without thought to an effective operating model.
Our MD has used this exercise to remove several very talented directors who posed a threat to the MD's position. If you were not a "yes man" you are gone, and to he-l with the consequences.
terrible. terrible managers have no empathy.
Seeing a number of SVP made director!!! As if we don't have enough already.
@ayh, so one was converted to IC from SVP and an IC promoted to SVP? If this was not sad it would be a joke
I’ve never seen such a chaotic, nonsensical process. This week has been brutal.
I am an SVP and had 7 VPs and all got moved to an SVP who was an IC and has no idea what we do. Appropriately titled.
Exactly
