Does anyone know when the AD is officially informed?

Hi Band 5 here,
…as of November 13th, AVP’s were told this week, “soft notifications” whatever the heck that is, for Sr Directors will begin on Monday the 17th now instead of today the 14th, and everybody else will be told on the 20th. That’s how things are being done in the fiber world anyway… can’t speak for any other group.
Have patience... you will have to wait like everyone else... what happens, Happens and you have no control over the outcome
@ay those title bumps with no pay were to introduce a tiered STI payout for band 6's... and make it harder / impossible to ever make it to a band 5. Now a 6 has 3 to 4 levels within band 6 instead of one
What happens to someone promoted in the last year. are they safe?
@aa they made title bumps without pay bumps because “it might help you secure a higher salary… somewhere else” - natural attrition
@ah you start bottom to top with re-org and restructuring
So who will get the layoff first if the AVP, Sr Dir, and AD are laid off too and who will deliver the news to the affected individual contributors.
Band 5 are supposed to make the call.
The title changes were complete nonsense. Like everything Sam does. No one asked for it, no one cares. So instead of SrMgr/Dir/ExecDir now you are AD/SD/AVP... whoop-di-duh

Did anyone think why they made Sr mgr to assoc director title changes this year. Director positions are top heavy now. Hmmmmnnmm
@a8 many SDs are not in the know. VPs are being quiet. Guess it depends on your org

As an AD I was asked by my director 'informally' about my top and bottom performers last week....
AD gave names already
@a3 what happened? What are you all talking about? So much misinformation I feel. You have level 5's saying they find out Monday, people on this thread claiming ADs already know.

ADs will be with everyone else on 11/20.
