@mh yup heard about this one too. Must be fleshing out long timers at higher levels. A bit unsettling.

Had a long time higher up (LL4+) in my org suddenly "no longer with the company" today. Reorgs and shuffling have been going on for the past few weeks in neighboring divisions already, this was the first I heard of someone being cut though...but to be fair the guy they cut has been in that same role forever.

I've been with the company a long time

@e9 No one is leaving due to RTO, at least yet. Everyone is falling in line albeit with kicking and screaming.

Probably starting in October and going into early next year after they see how many people start leaving due to the RTO

A lot more info will come Out once we have our mid year reviews. Starting tmrw we might start to hear chatter about separations due to performance.

I was told management first. Remember the first thing being done is determining if your skill set mashes up with the new Ford. So management will be early Fall. No timing was given for GSR ….

F150 guy was talking at the 2022 Dream Cruise. He actually had the scoop that time. I suspect he retired.

Lay offs come when nobody expects - useless POSTs, watch for the unemployment from the Bureau of statistics - real revisions. When fake can't be fake anymore, it all goes bust quickly.
Then, the FEDs cut interest rate and too late.
I want to see Jimmy -little-boy picking up hamburgers from the garbage bin.

It feels like it is coming in the next few weeks could be September 1st to coincide with RTO. Cost cutting measures announced over the past few weeks often are warning signs. I honestly feel it will impact across the org.
