They are sending the chief talent officer to Alpharetta in a couple weeks presumably to do damage control. I would love it if we just roasted her.
You hear of other companies (Google, Microsoft, Amazon, etc) speaking openly to their leaders. Why not us? I know that won't change anything, but I'd love to see them squirm a little (or a lot).
Here is my suggested catchphrase: #wedontbelieveyou
@ay wrong. Everything is changing. Don’t get comfortable.
@ab the last guidance I received was home-based is not changing. People who were able to be approved for fully home-based the last few years were done so for specific reasons such as who they support, hours needed, performance, and type of role.
@ab everyone and I mean EVERYONE will eventually go to an office. Some will just be on different timelines than others.
Interesting, the HR org has a grt percentage of home-based employees . My question: what is going to happen to people who are currently home-based? What is the criteria/process to be home-based? Does it expire after a certain period of time? ETC ETC ETC
If you didn’t speak up at the last one you certainly will not speak up at the next one….and unless you are actually a contributing, productive, revenue creating resource how bout you just stay quiet….
Ok sounds good. You first.
About what? Scampath’s summer reading list that the execs are fawning over and commenting as if it’s the most enlightening thing they’ve ever seen?
