Just know that here only big people make the most money with this company. Grade 10 and below will be kept at the lowest level on purpose for years so that they don’t have to pay more and can keep working like robots :(

Trust me, it's no rose petals for higher grades. Grade 12+ got no raise this year. Any bonuses we got were 75% stock and we all know where that is. I am a good 20-30% lower than I should be and would love to jump but the market is brutal for older employees
@ax At Fiserv it is less meritocratic by a multiple than the next Fortune company. They will do whatever they can to keep people out of the bonus bands if they aren't born into the right caste.
So corporate white collar has a lot of glass ceilings?
To make meaningful jumps in salary, you have to not only up your credentials, but jump companies every 2-3 years or so. This has been my experience and the studies support it. Do with this information what you will.
Yeah that’s why I asked salary from people here. I don’t make anywhere near six figures at Fiserv.
