What’s the probability of a profit sharing from windfall from war driven cash flow surge? Will it be a one time bonus similar to post covid profit surge or will it be across the board raise for all employees?

All money will be used to hire more at BTC
What premium‑grade delusion supplements are you taking these days?

Wait, you guys are getting paid?
@c7 what more do you want? You are an employee at a great company with amazing career opportunities… sarcasm
Probably use it to add another wing on the bangalaru office.
Oh… the comments on this.
When has Darren done anything to make this place better for employees?
FYI, not all employees received that post-Covid bonus. Whole groups and job roles were left out of that.
Lol and this is why dr-gs are bad folks. I guess a little comedy is needed on a Monday
What's a bonus?
@OP Zero.
What isn’t used to build the wealth of executives will go toward servicing corporate debt.
And this will never change because too many of you see yourselves as “temporarily embarrassed millionaires” to do anything about it.
Happy Monday.
Probability is zero.
If you want to benefit from this buy shares or become Darren Woods.
That's so funny I forgot to laugh.
Any form of bonus might cause US employees to stay, so will be avoided.
The only policy adjustments allowed are ones that cause employees to have anxiety and increase attrition.
Based on the above, bonuses for BTC staff is a possibility.
@ax you might be an executive, but probably not. You’re a low level sc-m like the rest of us
Only the real employees (ie executives) have profit sharing.
The rest of you are on annual assessment contracts, why would we share profits with you?!
Executives will reward themselves but no money for employees.
It will never ever ever ever ever ever ever happen whilst DWW is in charge. Never seen a company hate its employees so much.
Sure when pigs fly or he-l freezes over. Exxon has never paid bonuses to employees. All goes to the mighty share holders and the upper management.
