It is the same across all levels and spaces at Wayfair. Even in the warehouses.
@ep I was told all specialized teams are losing Rev adjust. They may be doing the change incrementally.
MC got the Rev adjustment taking away because they were taking advantage of it.
other specialized teams still have rev adjustment and they are allowed to use it

They are going on a massive firing spree, watch your back people.
Multi contact is just as bad, we cant do anything for customers and have to get approval from overseas workers.
B2B is the same way, they are nit picking every lil thing.
Sounds to me like yes, the manager is managing the KPIs, which are unreasonable and make work more stressful than it has to be. But that's just my guess, having worked for WF for many years.
Context would be helpful! Is your manager just managing your KPIs, like they have to do for their job?
