What was the criteria to pick these agents that are being moved to Multi Contact? Are they the ones they want to keep?
Its seriously the worst position in the entire company.
@OP its a joke - seriously.
Welcome to He-l.
@ax You are way more than good enough. It’s definitely not you! Everyone deserves to be treated the same. I’m sorry this happened to you and everyone else.
Sending hugs!
Welcome to the only dept in the company where all L1 employees work split shifts, where managers hand pick which orders get customer surveys, where you handle 99.9999% of phone calls and where management treat you like you are the sc-m of the earth and where moral is at an all time low.
Oh no thats brutal dude. Theres a bunch of other jobs posted, apply for the Perigold or Supplier Ops job.
Don’t feel like you’re not good enough. You’re a number and being played, you’re a chess piece being moved around on a board. It’s not about you personally. Don’t let any job take away your self worth.
Its never ending phone calls where the expect you to solve every single problem or get fired
I would quit than go there.
Im afraid of what I am in for. Sounds like where people go to quit or get fired. I hope my perception is wrong.
Will this eventually become Wayfair, everyone becomes multi contact
I got moved to that team, Im in tears over it I loved my position and feel like Im not good enough.
Sorry they did that to you. Its basically a frontline position with 99% of customer service calls transferred to you.
