The Dublin office in Ireland is mostly sales and its less than 50% hybrid so those sales guys wont be going anywhere for 5 days a week

This topic has gone quiet. So official communication on the update to RTO won't go out until January, effective February? I've seen this asked on all hands recently, and managers are ignoring the questions (i imagine they have to as this communication would need to come from the company level). Just curious if there's any additional info on this, and when we'll hear about it officially.

If you don’t believe it just wait till mid January to see the change . Bigger change is how will they treat remote based on home address radius

how can RTO already change, if phase 2 countries will opt in just end of this year (based on the given countries when) with the original criteria? (3 days in office = hybrid vs remote). we've got the communication in SVK on our all staff call last week, that the opt in will be in November.

Will there be an announcement on this soon? They have to give notice so people can prepare

I'm remote but need my daily nap so how will they accommodate me? I don't want to go into RR at all so don't think I will. Would they notice?

Amazon has an amazing campus, in a downtown area. They have coffee shops, restaurants and fitness facilities, its all walkable and you can live in the area and never have to get in a car for anything except getting out of the city. Dell is the exact opposite of all of those things.

Arthur Lewis and John Roese don’t come into the office as it is. But they demand their people do

To dell execs reading this: Amazon is a FANG. Meaning it's a well sought after company to work for. They pay handsomely with great salary and RSUs. Their stock will appreciate in the future greatly. The employees will get their own dedicated workstations. The campus is modern and work area is conducive to productivity.

You, at Dell, are none of the above. So don't think you will get the same results.
