Does anyone know what CL chiefs are? Is it the pinnacle of the technical ladder?

What do they do? Easy position to cut for savings
Expect everyone in the US and HC10 locations to be lucky to hit 28 or 29. Plan on max 27.
What’s a “technical ladder”???
Responsibility is being pushed down at least two CL groups between now and 2030. Expect future Chiefs to plateau at CL-29.
