Regrettably, this forum pertains to Ford Motor Company. Dealership technicians are not included in our headcount. While we may provide assistance to dealers in various ways, Ford does not own the dealerships. Consequently, the technicians employed by the dealerships do not contribute to our numbers. A--hat.
Ford sales were up highest since 2019. Big turn around happening.

They are trying to recruit techs at dealerships. They are moving white collar jobs to Mexico and India. Are you sure that isn’t where they are hiring and the headcount in the US will be cut? Plus if they are hiring I’m assuming that it will be in the tech space.
