If you're hoping to get laid off and it happens I'm happy for you. Collect that severance and enjoy a little summer time. For the larger, majority who are impacted and don't want to be laid off, I wish the very best of luck, you'll come out of this better than you were before.

@aw they are grades of pay. So if you’re a 29, you get 29 bitcoins , level 30 you get 30 bitcoins. If you’re a 35 you get Pokémon cards.

I've also heard OT stateside will be slammed. Grade 29's and 30's along with 31's without reports.

Optum Tech without a doubt will be heavily hit. Optum Insight will be hit as well, not sure how hard for them though.
Which areas? Every day there is an ominous post about tomorrow being the day of the biggest lay offs ever, since like last November.
