Many people at Dell are struggling just to get through the day—some relying on painkillers, benzodiazepines, illegal dr-gs (co----e) or other medications to cope. I personally know of individuals who developed serious illnesses, including cancer, while working at Dell. Sadly, at least two of them have passed away, and another is currently in remission after leaving the company.
There are also employees still in the queue who are mentally exhausted and burned out. I know three people in this state—they are overwhelmed and struggling to keep going.
Even more distressing, I personally know four individuals who are contemplating su----e. Two of them were laid off and haven’t been able to find work. One is dealing with mental health challenges and no longer has insurance. Two others are still employed at Dell but feel hopeless about the future; Dell has been their entire career, and they can’t envision a path forward without it.
While I haven’t felt sui-idal myself, I have been deeply overworked and stressed. For years, I prioritized my goals over my health. Eventually, I realized I needed to find balance between my job and personal life. Still, I worry about job security. I’ve spent two decades working at Dell, and the fear of losing my job—with bills and responsibilities piling up—has been a major source of anxiety for me lately. Checking this website doesn't help ease that stress.
If you guys contemplate su----e, please seek immediately medical help.
