May of missed it. did she mention layoffs after VSPs or if they don’t get s&a lower?

@avg I agree. Is VH really that blind? There are way more than 1% complainers. I've tried to have a positive attitude, and I think I'm about middle of the road for my organization. Based on discussions, it seems like more than 40% are pretty upset by many things. And our group is majority LOXY, with maybe 25% LAPC.
The “complainers” are all here. All 0.5% of us. Not sure where the 99.5% non complainers are.
How do they identify the “complainers”? People who go to HR? Or just some of the everyday whiners who used to be on my floor, already gone now. Who’s left?
I think a lot was said about layoffs, bankruptcy, etc. It was all so vague and that usually means it is going to happen. If you can take the VSP and get what you want it is a good time to go. Also, it sounds like they are identifying the complainers and they will be first. She basically said that that 1% needs to take the VSP. Only thing that 1% is really a lot more.
Pretty much a non-answer about layoffs.
