Execs won.
Nothing else matters. Morale, retention, long term goals. The mandate was $200 at any cost and they did it.
Expect them to accelerate the pain because the market loves it.

The first rule of finance is “Always!”, no wait, “Never take financial advice from anonymous posts on a website devoted to rumors and complaints.
As did those with RSU's... Sadly I am not one of them
congrats to the winners, but it will be under $100 by end of the year I think, takes a while before the market understands future supply chain impacts that are a few quarters out preventing fulfillment of backorders, 'reserves' only last so long. and yes war related and unavoidable at this point.
I made a bunch of 'fetti on this one!
@jc No thank you for the continued useless posts.
Thank you for the layoff information.
@OP I am betting on it - not selling until another +$100
Yup! With stock hitting ATH the c-suite makes millions! It’s business not personal. They had a cold, calculated vision and it worked. Let that be a lesson to the younger generation and this whining on this board. We don’t mean sh$t to them. The “great place to work” and “e-nps” it’s all psychological tools to keep the process rolling along but make no mistake - the people are just components of a process - consumable and refreshed as needed.
how many will be let go to get to $250?
It took laying off 35,000 people but they did it. $200 stock price. This is not sarcasm because they would lay off 35,000 more no problem to hit $300.
@at and MD and JC get billions
What a bunch of whiney babies you are! Do the needful Baby!
Sell now while the iron is hot.
seating on $500k now ... few years of rsu
I get many guys missed out - however who might have predicted that - dell at $205 with forecast to reach $275
I just sold for 100,000 euro. I’m just a lowly software engineer but they kept throwing rsus at me and I held it for years. LETSSSS GOO!!!
Dell is a miserable place to work but it’s all about greed. SVPs and above, nothing but greedy, soulless degenerates.
Investors are happy, execs are happy.
Sc--w the employees and customers, we got ours.
