I’ve noticed not many coming into nj office even though I’m coming daily. Is there a rule to not come or work home? I’m getting drained.

I heard it’s because of the parking situation in BH, NJ. Is it not applicable to your situation or your team? The parking capacity is not enough to allow everyone in office.
Then stop coming in. Did this simple solution really elude you until now? At some point, you've gotta learn to think things through.
