Anyone has any details about the severance package information? Curious if it includes stock grant (RSU)?

@a1 poor top line means sales isn’t selling enough. They go straight to sales to make cuts because they’d be turning those teams over anyways for some new blood.
@dm no one forces the money into your hand. You can 1.) CHOOSE to accept severance, in exchange for signing a hold-harmless arbitration agreement, 2.) CHOOSE to decline severance if you plan on suing over your termination, 3.) CHOOSE to pursue another position within the company, and do neither 1 nor 2.

You get offered if it's voluntary.
