anyone have insight on this job?
I can’t find any data online about the job. And the pay seems low. Almost like they rebranded a job title and slapped a low comp band to see who will bite.

They aren't complaining. They are seeking information about a position they applied for. Why would that result in HR tracking this person down? You sound paranoid. And who are you to think you set the standard or minimum requirements for when someone can complain? This is a public messaging board. The only things you control here are your own posts.
Fiserv has low pay, so Fiserv positions list low starting salaries.
If you decide to start every annual raise will be less than the rate of inflation.
I second the other poster! Not sure of the pay is low but you have just posted about a very specific job on a portal that the company definitely monitors. Since you already have a job offer, it wouldn’t take long for the recruiter to either identify you or narrow you down. You should probably not consider the position if you are not happy at the very beginning. It’s not good for you or your employer. Most of us have been here a few years and have earned the right to complain!
