Leadership keeps shuffling around different teams in our area. The vp is way overwhelmed and has zero clue what is happening. All we hear is spans and layers these days and several pre approved reqs are now being cancelled which is scary. I have a feeling something is going to happen tomorrow with the stock prices being so low. Good luck fellow optomians eeek
